Next, our Healthline Manager (HLM) will text you back and ask you for:
Take the EC as soon as you get it! EC is more effective the sooner it's taken after unprotected sex.
Finally, after you take the EC, take our confidential Plan B NOLA survey. Your answers help us improve this project and apply for funding to continue providing this free service.

- Your name,
- Neighborhood,
- How long it's been since the unprotected sex,
- Whether you need delivery or can pick up,
- If you need 1 pill or 2, based on your weight*
*Studies have shown that a single dose of EC is less effective for people who weigh 165 pounds or more. A small study showed that taking 2 doses could make it more effective. Let us know if you weigh 165 lbs or more and would like 2 pills.
- Please note — our CSMs are all volunteers!
- If you have no transportation and need delivery, we will do our best to help you but we cannot guarantee delivery.
- At this time, we only offer delivery within Orleans Parish and some parts of Jefferson Parish.
- If you have transportation, pickup is always your fastest option.
