PLAN B NOLA COMMUNITY OUTPOSTS

Picking up EC from a Community Outpost is fast and easy. Our Outposts are safe and nonjudgemental places where you can go to pick up EC during their business hours.
HOW IT WORKS
  • Always make sure you call first to make sure they're open and have pills in stock.

  • Give your name or nickname.

  • Say that Plan B NOLA sent you and that you need an EC pack with 1 pill or 2 pills (depending on your weight*).
    *Studies have shown that a single dose of EC is less effective for people who weigh 165 pounds or more.  A small study showed that taking 2 doses could make it more effective. Let us know if you weigh 165 lbs or more and would like 2 pills.

  • Please respect the staff and follow social distancing and mask-wearing guidelines.​

  • ​Be aware that some Outposts may have staff that are mandatory reporters.  This means that if a minor (anyone under the age of 18) discloses abuse (sexual or otherwise), the person must report it to the state.

When you get there, let a staff member know your name and that you're picking up an EC pack. They will give you the pack.

Remember to call first! If you don't call ahead, we can't guarantee there will be EC available for you.
